Spare Parts Warranty As part of the worldwide distribution system of Bell Helicopter/Textron, Aero Products is authorized to provide both OEM compliant helicopter overhaul services as well as the distribution of Genuine Bell Parts which are covered under BHTI Spare Parts Warranty Program.
In addition, as an executor of the BHTI Spares Parts Warranty Program, Aero Products is able to provide you with prompt assistance in processing any or all Bell warranty claims. This includes the customer-selected option of local repair by Aero Products and warranty credit for replacement part cost. Claims are normally processed within one to three working days. Bell Helicopter, Factory New Spare Parts purchased carry a 1 year, 1000 hour prorated warranty from date of installation, Factory Reconditioned Spare Parts purchased carry a 1 year, 1000 hours NON PRORATED warranty.
This warranty shall also not apply to any helicopter part or component which has been repaired or altered by a NON Bell approved repair/rework which may in the seller’s judgment affect safety or reliability.
